Improvements to the NCE subscription upgrade experience

We've made some changes to the upgrade flow for NCE subscriptions in this release. Now, only the upgrade options that are considered eligible by Microsoft are displayed when you attempt to upgrade. We are leveraging the 'transition eligibility' API to display the eligible options for upgrade. This update reduces the rate of return errors from Microsoft when changes are requested for subscriptions.

Additionally, we have also introduced some minor enhancements to the UI. A new 'spinner' visual and a new message has been added to address the wait times when loading the Update subscription tab. These visual improvements also apply to non-Microsoft subscriptions. However, the feature that displays eligible upgrade editions is only applicable to NCE subscriptions.

Feature enablement

This feature is not enabled by default (will be available by default in a future release). Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

No setting enablement is required.
